TURNAROUND TIME
As all of our products are handmade to order there is a turnaround time of 10-15 business days, this does not include weekends, bank holidays and postage times.
During seasonal events like Christmas, Easter, Halloween please allow extra time as we navigate large amounts of orders.
SHIPPING
All orders are sent first class via Royal Mail and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Delays unfortunately can occur within the postal system, which is sadly out of our control. If your order has not arrived, please allow at least 5 working days from the dispatch date before messaging.
First class orders do not generate a trackable number so if you would like to trace your order then please upgrade your postage option when ordering.
If you urgently need an item then please pop me a message BEFORE ordering to check availability to fast track.
LOCAL COLLECTION
We are more than happy for you to collect your order if you able to. Collection is available from postcode WR14 3RS. Please pop us a message before you order to check availability. Once your order is completed, a message will be sent to arrange a suitable day and time.

REFUNDS
All of our products are handmade to order so unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds so please make sure you check personalisation settings carefully! If you change your mind about an order then please pop us a message as soon as possible. If we haven't started making it then we will be more than happy to offer a refund.

Unfortunately human errors can occur and sometimes mistakes happen! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Please be aware that our wooden products can vary in colour from those seen in the images. This is not considered a fault and is just the nature of wood!
ACRYLIC
Please be careful when handling an acrylic product as they can be very fragile! They can be washed in warm, soapy water and gently patted dry with a micro-fibre cloth.
Mirror acrylic: If your order arrives and it doesn't look as shiny as expected, then don't panic! Sometimes the protective layer will be purposefully left on to avoid it being scratched in transit. This can be easily pealed off when ready to be used.
